if I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in my entire life. Super rude and was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes. prior to this, I was already on hold for about 15. I had to call four different times just to speak to someone and every time I tried to get information about my case miranda the receptionist/ so-called office manager and Leslie, Franklin‘s receptionist were the absolute worst to talk over the phone. they kept talking over me and hanging up. when asking them about my case, they said that they were not at liberty to disclose anything as just the receptionist. after multiple times of trying to insist on any updates, they both then proceeded to provide information. When wanting to talk further about the information that they had provided they continued to deny the fact that they had mentioned that to me.
