I would not recommend this law firm to anyone seeking immigration representation. My experience was frustrating from beginning to end due to poor communication, lack of accessibility, and a general lack of support throughout my case. One of the biggest issues was that it was nearly impossible to speak directly with the attorney handling my case. Whenever I called, I was usually told the attorney was unavailable and was transferred to a paralegal instead. Unfortunately, the paralegals often did not seem familiar with the details of my case and were unable to answer basic questions. Many calls resulted in long hold times while they searched for information. If I wanted to speak directly with my attorney, I was often told that I needed to schedule an appointment, sometimes a week or more in advance, just to ask questions about my own case. For clients going through a stressful immigration process, that level of inaccessibility is unacceptable. Even visiting the office could be frustrating. The building requires the front desk to approve visitors before they can come upstairs, yet there were times when the office would not answer the phone when building staff called to let them know a client had arrived. What concerned me most was the complete lack of communication regarding important updates on my case. I received a Request for Evidence (RFE), approval notices, and even updates regarding my card being produced and mailed, yet I was never contacted by the firm about any of these developments. If I had not been regularly checking my USCIS account myself, I would have missed critical information. In several instances, I had to call the firm to find out what was happening with my own case rather than being notified by the people I hired to represent me. My immigration interview was another disappointing experience. Rather than making me feel prepared, supported, and confident, the attorney’s presence actually increased my anxiety. During the interview, I felt like I was left to answer most of the questions on my own despite having legal representation present. I also felt that the firm was far more focused on collecting fees than on providing quality client service. The office presents a very polished and upscale image, but that level of professionalism was not reflected in the communication, responsiveness, or attention given to my case. Immigration matters are life-changing and incredibly stressful. Clients deserve attorneys who are accessible, knowledgeable about their cases, and willing to provide guidance when it’s needed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this firm, and I would not recommend them.

I was referred to Fogle Law Firm by a family friend when I had just moved to the United States and needed to file for my green card through marriage. From the very beginning, my experience was excellent. I had my initial consultation with Glenn Fogle Jr. himself, and he was very calm, reassuring, and professional. He asked a few questions about my case and told me that if I hired them, my case should be straightforward. After signing with the firm, I was introduced to Kimberly, my paralegal. Kimberly was warm, professional, patient, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process. She answered every question I had, guided me step by step, and made what could have been a stressful process feel very smooth and manageable.
